I bought this as a. Christmas gift for my mom. When she put it in and then removed it, it split in two. Macys and EFFY have done little other than give me a runaround. I was told to take it to Macys to send it in for a repair. After a month, I still haven’t heard about where my ring is. EFFY then told me they would not repair the ring without me paying. They tried to say that the ring doesn’t have a manufacturer defect t. I have never heard of a ring just splitting in have. And this is not a manufacturer defect. Finally after a big headache, they have decided I have a lifetime warranty, but it will take 8-12 weeks for repair

The color of this ring is more rose gold than gold and the stones are not pink.

I loved the ring. Fit beautifully and I was very pleased with it. Only problem, one of the small stones was missing. I returned it to the store with no problem. They credited my account for the one I returned and ordered me a new one. I have not received that one yet, but look forward to getting it. Good customer service.

Nice ring but feels a little cheap for how much it costs. The stones are nice but were more peach than pink. I’m keeping since I’ll be able to wear for some outfits.

The ring looks nothing like this past the shape. The color of the ring is not gold. The ring is rose gold. The stones are not pink. I ended up returning the ring. Very disappointed because I really wanted the ring.
