Purchased last month, carried it a few times and yesterday the latch connected to the strap broke. I really liked this purse but, at this point I’m returning for a full refund, it’s not sturdy at all
I bought this purse on July 6 and I used it. Everything was going well until today July 30. One of the side handle just popped off I cant no longer use the long string on the bag. Maybe I could get a refund or get a new one.
Matched the little heels perfectly for the wedding.

I like this tote. It has plenty of room and comes with a good size removable bag to match. I really like the shoulder strap and it has the 2 smaller straps to just hold it.
