I returned this heart charm because it was much smaller than expected and too expensive for its size. However, the refund was never credited to my Macy’s Credit Card, and I am still being charged for the item. Customer service told me they “do not know what happened” but has not resolved the problem. This has been a very frustrating experience, and the customer service has been extremely disappointing.
