I placed this order on March 15, 2026, and unfortunately I never received the item. According to the tracking information, the package appears to have been lost somewhere during the shipping process, and there have been no updates for a long time. I waited patiently hoping it would eventually arrive, but it never did. I also tried checking the tracking multiple times, but there was no clear explanation about what happened to the package or where it ended up. This has been very frustrating and disappointing because I was really looking forward to receiving the item. I understand that shipping problems can happen, but there should be better communication and support when an order goes missing. At this point, I still do not have the product I paid for, and I feel customers should not have to go through this kind of experience after waiting so long. I hope this issue can be improved in the future so other buyers do not experience the same problem.

I ordered this almost 2 weeks ago. It says that attempts to deliver were done yesterday and today and that is a lie. This is being delivered to my work and no one has attempted to deliver my order. I reached out the the company to tell them that and all they said is that they attempted. did not even listen to what I was saying. When I told them that the attempt was never made I did not hear back from them. When it said they attempted to deliver again today which never happened I told the company I want my order canceled and a refund and I still have not heard back. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Macy's through a 3rd party selling and it has been the worst experience. Macy's doesn't help because it's not through them. I will not shop at Macy's anymore they do not care if the 3rd party seller is doing the right thing.
