I have been trying to pair the Camera to the Image app with my Iphone 16 pro for days. Ikeep getting error messages like unable to connect and camera rejected connection. It shouldn't be this hard. Why you start out the pairing on Bluetooth then have to finish the pairing on WiFi is beyond me and makes the pairing overly complicated. Also Panasonic Support gives you no way to contact them directly

We bought the Lumix ZS599 for our trip to Yellowstone & Grand Tetons. It's easy to take on trails and the zoom allowed me to get a few animal shots from a safe distance. Can print up to 16x20 quality pictures.

The best. Lumix are much better than Sony or cannon, the most overrated cameras. Much better color and quality than anything else in my price range. Way more bang for the buck. This would be priced more if it were called Sony, and theirs would overheat

In December I went on a trip to the Middle east. On the first day my ZS80 which had taken wonderful pictures in Egypt in 2023 and in the canadian Arctic in 2024 Stopped working on the first day of my trip. The screen said System Error (Focus). I had a backup camera my ZS100 which took 1150 fine pictures but its wide angle telephoto zoom lever stopped functioning the last few days.So I have two Panasonic cameras that need repair. I have never had this with other brands.

It’s a compact little camera that appears to have lots of features and capabilities. Being new to photography, video instructions or better manual on settings could be very helpful. It’s a bit confusing. One button does so many different things based on mode, it’s easy to get lost. I feel like I need to take notes in order to find the settings I would like to use.

It's a nice p&s with a lot of advanced features. However, despite being useful, the on-board battery charging only It's actually not that great, since the camera can't be used while charging, but really bad is that a regular wall charger is not included and very hard to find > here 3 stars only

We went to Alaska in May 2025, and wanted a nice point and shoot camera. I chose the Lumix ZS99 trying to stay within a budget. I was very pleased with the performance of the camera both for videos, normal and zoom shots. I think it did a better job than our iPhone Pro 13, especially for zoom shots. It was compact and held a good charge. Yes it does not have a view finder but I did not see that as a negative. I would recommend this camera.

I bought on presale for an African safari in April. I was able to document all the wildlife and scenery in beautiful pics and videos. It has all the bells and whistles but I found that the results were great just using intelligent auto. The 30x zoom is why I bought the camera and it did not disappoint. The WiFi feature and app were very useful in making sure I promptly uploaded my images on my phone to share with everyone back home.

Absolutely obsessed! Takes the most stunning pictures and overall a great quality camera!

pretty cool camera with lots of controls for pro results. I do miss the viewfinder, however, but at this price point, you get what you pay for. It's remarkably easy to take snapshots and the camera is way easier than lugging a big DSLR or mirrorless, and the 30x optical zoom makes this a powerhouse. I do wish Pannie would include software for processing .rw2 files as Nikon does with their robust NX studio software. I don't own Photoshop or Correl or Lightroom, but it shouldn't be so proprietary to work with these superior files. I tried to download the webcam software and the download link would not work for me on my Mac. I would be nice to have a screw mount somewhere for filters and lens protection. Gotta get support.....
