Light weight easy to care for fabric

I bought this because one of the places I volunteer requires a white blouse and black pants. I've worn it once and received a number of compliments.

This blouse is cute, the collar embellishment is nice and definitely glam the look. I have no issues with the texture. Sadly, I noticed that it had a little poke close to the right shoulder 😢. Since I was looking for a “flowy” and relaxed look, the size fit my needs (L). Wear it with white bra or something light under.

Love the way this top fits! True to size. I’m usually a size 6 and it fit perfectly. The length sits right at the hip. As I’m 5’4” and shortwaisted, the length sits right at my hip bone. The fabric is nice and wrinkle resistant. It has a nice lining too- detail and construction really nice. I liked it so much, I bought a similar one in a diffferent color-same brand, fabric, and fit.

The looking is ok but the flowers on color make neck itchy/scratchy. I had to redo sew them to make them keep distance from color edge.

This blouse is really pretty and flattering! The puff sleeves are a nice touch. They are puffy but just the right amount. It makes my silhouette very balanced. The collar embellishments are also perfect!! They provide a touch of flair without being too much. The fabric is great too! It is lined so it is not see through and the weight is perfect as well!! I will probably buy the white one too!

I was extremely disappointed when I tried on this beautiful blouse. I ordered a size Medium, and it fit like an XXL. I usually buy INC Brand, and a Medium always fits perfectly. In the CeCe Brand, I will try the petite sizes. This top is perfect for people that carry weight in their upper body.
