I think this is a beautiful dress. Well made and stunning. I had to return it because it was snug and did not come in the next size up. Would be a great Mother of the bride or groom dress OR just a great dress to wear as a wedding guest or cocktail event. Highly recommend!!9
This is a very elegant dress and a great length for someone taller (5'9" for reference). It is a gorgeous deep, almost black navy and the sequin design is slightly less bright blue in person than online. I love how the flutter sleeves lay nicely and cover the upper arms. The neckline worked well for me with a smaller chest. The color really helps with the overall slimming nature of the column design, however my stomach was still more visible than I wanted from the sideview. Unfortunately, it truly is sequin all over and too flashy for the weddings I am attending (cocktail and garden cocktail) and therefore I had to return. This would definitely work better for a gala or a black tie event. Personally, even for a black tie wedding, I think it is a bit too flashy and would complete with the bridal party/bride. Of note, even carefully removing the dress from the garment bag caused a few beads to fall off.

I paid for the dress and 2nd Day Air on May 13. The dress arrived on the 20th. There are loose strings sticking out all over the fabric mesh, sequins are falling off, the round plastic ink tag is still on it and there is an unsewn hole in the bodice. For such an expensive looking purchase I had higher expectations. I will return immediately and never buy from Macys again.
I ordered this dress and paid for it on May 13. I also paid for 2 day shipping. Today is May 20 and I have yet to receive the dress.
Perfect fit ordered a size 12 for reference, I'm a (38C), loved how it covered my big arms. Disappointed with the mesh quality (for an A. P. Gown) returned it because the blue colored beading was too much for my liking.
