Great device and easy to setup. I replaced my nest doorbell camera with this. It bolted right into my existing eufy ecosystem. Video and voice are very clear. This was a great decision

It was easy to install/configure and add to my existing Eufy system—where I have 3 yard cameras and a base station. I used it wired with the built-in battery backup. I really like that it saves 4 seconds of preroll before it detects a movement—which is an advantage of being wired. It connected up to my existing doorbell wiring easily. The image quality is great and positioned is great. It clearly captures the person at the door. The package camera also works well.

The battery performance is poor; it doesn't even last a month.

Great camera that works with existing mech chime, that can be battery or hard wired. Hard to find an option that works with existing mech chime needing just a transformer upgrade

Much clearer than the Ring doorbell I had. Night view is very clear.

I'm loving our new doorbell camera. The view is super clear, I like that you can zoom in. I love all the options & settings in the app. The package reminder is an underrated but amazing feature for someone who always forgets to check the front porch.

We like the camera feature of our new Eufy security doorbell. But now we have the problem of our doorbell not ringing.

The device works perfectly. It’s nice having all our cameras on the same app. I wish the battery lasted longer.
