this is my second order of shampoo and conditioner and I really love your products. It is also the second time one of the pumps did not work, once on the conditioner and this time on the shampoo. Any ideas for how to fix it? thanks.

This is a nice product low suds shampoo. It cleanses well and doesn’t seem to dry out my hair. However, I really don’t care for the smell. I will use it up but sadly I won’t be buying it again.

Good lather, but even better rinse experience. No feelings of greasy residue but hair gets properly hydrated.

I have been using this for about 2 years to help with dry hair situation. It's better than some others I've tried so I am sticking with it although it's not quite as moisturizing as I need -- especially in winter. I'm going to try the conditioning mist to see if that helps between shampoos. Also, the pump is tricky & the most recent bottle I got just never worked -- no matter how hard I tried. Ended up using the pump from an almost finished bottle. For reference the code on the bottom of the bottle is: 10040566

This product all on its own has helped my curls be simultaneously tighter and softer

I have always struggled with oily scalp and dry ends - after just a few uses I started to see results from this product. My hair feels lighter and instantly hydrated, my scalp feels clean, and I have also noticed a significant decrease in my scalp oils buildup. The scent is light, and not overpowering, which I appreciate. If you are looking for a sign to purchase - let this be it!

I absolutely love the products I’ve been using from JVN. My only complaint is I keep receiving my shampoo and conditioner bottles-and the pump is defective. It’s super frustrating
