Democracy is a great petite brand
I bought this in the purple. I prefer to wash bright colors in cold & hang to dry. It is a nice, casual top that I can wear with shorts, capris, or jeans.

Flattering style
I’m 5’4” (140 lbs) and found the petite large to be a perfect fit. The style is very flattering.

Flutter Sleeve Top
This is cute... The top part of the shirt is eyelet layered over t-shirt material so it's got less give over the bust. Feels a little snug there but not awful. If you have a larger bust this might not feel comfortable to you.
