Esquire Мужской браслет Cuban Link с бриллиантами, Sterling Silver

This has been an awful experience from start to finish. The Cuban link diamond bracelet does not lock or snap closed at all, making it completely unwearable. I returned the bracelet once already for this exact issue, and the replacement they sent has the same defective clasp. On top of that, I was charged an extra $60 during the return even though this was clearly a manufacturing defect. Being sent two faulty bracelets and then charged more money for returning them feels extremely unfair and misleading. Jewelry at this price should function properly, and quality control should catch something as basic as a clasp that won’t lock. I would not recommend this bracelet or trusting the quality here.

It is a very pretty braclet but I don't like it always turn and it has to always be straigthen out
