Macy's sent the wrong item and not the one pictured. I received red, nude and black panties in a star container which appears to be a left over item from the holidays. I'm satisfied with the resolution offered by Customer Service.
I love On Gossamer. For the price this was a really good deal. Also, shipping was very fast!! I got them on sale 35% off in a pack of three. I expected two nude and one black. I received black, nude and red. I would rather have what the photos showed. The brand is perfect. Quality is high. But Macy’s should pay more attention to matching the exact item that was ordered by the customer. Or call me and ask if I wouldn’t mind a different color.
I received the wrong item and it’s labeled as this item! A plastic star with red, black, nude underwear was received instead of the bag with nude and black. Passing off a holiday item which is probably marked down and then being charged full price for this. Switch and bait here! Customer service was terrible.
These panties fit me better then any I've found so far and they are airy which I need and like how I don't get sweaty with these. Would recommend big time.
