I ordered small and they sent me medium which is so huge for me

Opened box coat had plastic over it opened it the coat had splash stain people don’t do their jobs you had to see it

I have purchased this jacket in both colors different sizes and I had to return them all. I’m giving it one more try and then I will give up. I’m very disappointed.

Poorly made too expensive

Coat is lovely but of no use to me as the geniuses left the security tag on. I shop on line for convenience. This is a disgrace! Apparently there are no checks for outgoing orders.

I have had to exchange this coat twice already because of the drastic difference between the measurements written online and the actual measurements. According to your chart, I should have been a large, but I was swimming in it. I then tried a small and it is still too big. Now I have to exchange again for an xs. None of these measurements are accurate. Please fix them!

I purchased this in grey and love it. The jacket is super soft and warm. The fur trim is removable, which is a great option. Keep the fur on for a more formal look & take it off to be a bit more casual.

I really like this faux fur jacket. So fun to wear in the winter to add a touch of class to your outfit. It is true to size and great that it was on sale. I would say that it is medium thickness and can easily layer it with a light sweater. Recommend.

Beautiful black wool coat. Beautiful lining, very warm with a soft removable collar. Needed a high quality dress coat and I found the perfect one! I’m 5’6” 160# and got size large. It’s perfect for wearing a heavy sweater underneath or not.
