Worst purchase todate after being a loyal customer after 40+ yrs of being a loyal customer. Door Dash was supposed to deliver but they neither rang bell or called. Door Dash Customer service took no responsibility. Not only that they have not updated tracking for past 2 wks. Have made 5 calls to Macy's which in itself is an obstacle course. Get the same robotic platitues that they will redirect package to me since this was a gift. No gift. No package, No response. No updates. No refurnd. I could not give a zero star.

This coat looks,fits and feels like a designer coat. Which it is. Great value. Will last for years, I hope. A treat indeed.

Been looking for a long overcoat for quite some time and was lucky enough to see this one on sale. I sat with this for a long time in my favorites debating this purchase. My main reason for apprehension was the fit, but, I can say the measurements are true to form. I’m a 43 chest and the 38R fit perfect, over suit no less. It’s a great coat and I’ll give my seal of approval, just check the size guide and know that it was pretty on point…….for me at least.

This is the best Long coat I’ve ever had the size and the finishing of the product is amazing.

Well constructed, soft to the touch like cashmere should be, and fits with a bit of room to the sizing (look at the measurements and measure before ordering if you aren't sure).
