My grandson wanted this cologne for the longest and I got it for him, and he loves his cologne and he is literally only using it for very special occasions.

Bottle came broken and the liquid was spilled throughout the perfume box. I don’t know if it was mishandled during shipping or if the product itself was already defective. Anyways, upon reaching out to Macys, they denied my request for a refund or a replacement after I provided pictures of the damaged product. Getting a refund was a hassle because I had to reach out multiple times to finally get my refund. Poor customer service
