DOUCCE румяна Cheek Blush

Three weeks after placing the order, not only have i not received it, but the company hasn't responded to messages regarding a refund. USPS has no tracking information because they never received the package. Be careful with this company! I gave them 1 star because there's no way to leave zero stars.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, they were quick to take the money but I still don't have any tracking info as it has yet to be shipped.

Terrible experience! I'm still waiting for my item to arrive. Macy's should not allow vendors like this to sell through its website. This has been very disappointing and has made me question the credibility of both the vendor and the marketplace.

I am more than frustrated with Macy's right now. I contact the seller after a 2 week delay and they did not respond back to me. Again, I reached out last week, before the 30 day time frame. Still no response. I feel this is very unfair. It shouldn't be my fault that I have to pay for an item I didn't receive. The seller let me and Macy's down. They get paid and I get nothing???? This seller is a poor representative of Macy's.

I ordered two blushes and one came completely shattered and not useable.

I got the shade Magic Hours and it was stunning but it showed up totally smashed. I emailed the seller twice with about a week in between and got no response and Macys doesn’t have an email for customer service. What a disappointment. I wanted a replacement but I just wound up returning it so I can’t say if the actual product is any good. I wouldn’t buy from this brand, or at least go in and get it.

I liked this product because the color lasted all day on my face. No need to reapply. I ordered this item on line. My complaint is the color on the website didn’t match the real color at all. I ordered “67 Go Getter”, thinking it was a darker and slightly brown color. The color turned out to be a super bright orange. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning. Now, I only use a little of the powder and it gives me plenty of colors.

Do not purchase from this third party vendor. I did not receive the product I ordered and Macy's basically told me there's nothing they can do. They took my money just fine, but won't help to get resolution with their third party vendor. I have sent 4 emails to the Doucce with no response.
