Very disappointed with Macys, I was anxiously expecting my new heels only to receive a beat up box and dirty used heels. Hoping I can return them.

Love everything I’ve been buying online and it’s not easy to purchase without trying on. The nearest Macy’s is 3 hours away so thank goodness you’ve made returns so easy or I wouldn’t be buying nearly as much. Complete peace of mind knowing if something doesn’t fit I can return it with ease.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with my recent order. The shoes I received were clearly used and in unacceptable condition. The box itself was damaged and dirty, which was already concerning upon arrival. However, the condition of the shoes was even worse—the bottoms were visibly dirty, and the inside showed clear signs of wear and use. This is completely unacceptable for an item that was purchased as new. I paid full price expecting a brand-new product, not something that appears to have been worn and returned. Receiving an item in such a disgusting state raises serious concerns about quality control and customer care.

Perfect shoes

I loved these shoes in the black patent. Heel was perfect for me. I thought they ran a little large so I will be adding a pad at the ball of the shoe.
