This is the first time I bought stuff from third party. I bought three items by Macys. I had to return them because they arrived late. I returned all of them by dropping them at Macy’s store. But only got refund for two of them. I contacted Macy’s customer service many times with the return receipt from Macy’s which shows exactly I dropped all three items. But I got the answer is that Macy’s did not got response from the third party after they contacted the third party many times. So I have to pay for the item I don’t have. This is a really unhappy shopping experience. I don’t think I will shop at the third party anymore.
