I bought these boots in December to wear on a merchant vessel. They are super comfortable but after 3 hitches at sea (a little over 60 days of use) they began falling apart at the toe. I was hoping to get a year out of them but they only lasted 3 good months.
Excellent boot, nice traction even on a wet metal surface, comp toe area is roomy and doesn’t cut into the foot. Wear for 12 hours with no fatigue.
I Bought this boot for work a month ago. I thought I wa getting one of the best boots I have ever purchased. Boy was I wrong. All though extremely comfortable. These boots fell apart with in a week. The toe box was tearing on day one. The leather seems fake. The only reason is getting two stars is because they’re so comfortable.
I've been in commercial construction for 22 years with an avg. of 10,000 steps a day on every surface from concrete to rebar mats to quarry spawl. I bought these boots 5 or 6 months ago and out of the box they were the most comfortable boot I've ever put on. The lifespan with the workload I put on them is about 6 months after 2 months I had bought a second pair to be my main rainy day pair. The reinforced stitching on either side of the toe box was the first to fail on my shoes. Like I said I can still wear them on dry days. The sole system is incredibly well designed for 10 hr days on your feet.
My dad bought these shoes less three months ago and they are already falling apart. I am upset with this purchase so is my dad. These boots are not durable like the advertisement. They are not for work more like for casual wear. This was a waste of my money.
Husband had ankle surgery in 2023 and has not been able to walk around and stand comfortably in other work boots. He spoke highly of Georgia boots, so I got him a pair of these to help with work and as a early Valentines Day gift. He says they’re comfortable and has helped a lot with the ankle pain. These boots aren’t his first pair of Georgia boots, so he has already gotten use to the weight. I am pleased with the boots to know that it had helped ease my husband’s ankle pain.
I picked up these 1 month ago (if that) and the toe of the boots is ripped and the stitching is falling apart. I work in a tire shop and they couldn't handle that.
I bought a pair of these Amplitude boots and right off the box they felt great. I spend sometime with them on the store before completing the sale and I was amazed at how comfortable these boots are. I honestly had planned to buy a pair of ariats but I tried these Georgia boots and was sole. They came with their AMP insole which I is ridiculous comfortable insole. It was a suggestion from a coworker years back before buying these boots. I have been wearing them at work for the couple of days and they do not disappoint. With the inclement weather we’re dealing in Texas, these boots are standing up to the test. I’m a driver and I have put them through puddles and slippery surfaces and these boots are awesome. No slips and fully waterproof. They are a bit pricey but they are well worth it, planning to buy another pair just to have twos pairs since they are super comfy. To breaking in time needed they feel great from the start. Would definitely recommend and would buy them again.
I bought these boots 2 months ago and they falling apart. The stitching is coming apart on the toe. And the sole is starting to come apart
Just bought these and they are the most comfortable work boot I’ve ever put on! I own a pair of comparable Red Wings and they aren’t as comfortable as these. Highly recommend! Also, they run big. I wear a size 14 men’s in sneakers and I fit perfectly in a 13.
