I was really excited to receive this watch, but unfortunately, I was disappointed as soon as I opened the package. The watch appeared as though it may have been previously used or handled, and when I tried to set it, I discovered that it wasn’t working at all. My assumption is that it had been sitting in inventory for quite some time and the battery had died. Regardless of the reason, a new watch should arrive in new condition and be fully functional upon delivery. It’s unfortunate because I’m sure this would have been a lovely watch had it arrived in good condition and working properly. Sadly, I’ll be returning it.
