[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was concerned about having side pockets, but found almost all my choices had them. Other aspects of the shorts seemed OK, so I thought I'd give these shorts a try. Whoever thought open side pockets on running shorts was a good idea was not a runner. I constantly catch my thumb in the pocket. I may sew them shut and remove the pocket. Why not save the cost of these pointless pockets and add more reflective areas to the shorts?

the fit is great, not tigth at all but secure, won't get in the way when running and the pockets make them the perfect shorts
