I bought one of these last year because I loved the blue heart. It arrived in a NON padded mailing bag so of course it was in pieces. I do not understand why this wasn’t shipped in a protected manner. I couldn’t even glue it together so had to return. If it weren’t broken I would have loved it… going to try again this year to buy another while it is in stock.
I ordered 2 glass snowman ornaments and fairy, and had them shipped. When I received the package the ornaments were all broken. There was no protective packaging in the box other than a thin sheet of butcher paper. This is not the first time this has happened when shopping with Macy's. Very disappointing.
This is not the first time a box has been delivered quite wrong, on the road!
The ornament is very pretty, my mine was missing the blue heart, which is main reason for picking this out for blue loving grand daughter
