The "triple mesh" is not completely sheer like the "mesh" ones that are absolutely see-thru. The fit of these panties are very low rise, so much so, that I did not like the way they looked on me. I guess I should have looked at the photo of the panites on the model more closely. The quality looked good. I am 5'5" and 110 lbs and ordered the XS. I don't think the size Small would be much different in terms of rise.
