My 13 year old daughter has used her backpack for a total of 5 months. The cloth devider that is between the front section of the backpack and larger section of the backpack has already torn. She is so disappointed. The bag is still usable but there is nothing separating the front and main sections. This shouldn't have happened after 5 months of use.

I purchased 4 of these backpacks for donation to the back to school collection our church is sponsoring. Their design, reflective fabric and construction exceeded my expectations.

Unfortunately, I purchased two of these bags for my twins. Within the first week both handles on top of bags broke. I purchased these bags in hopes of lasting a couple of years for my 5 year old twins, but they didn’t even last a week. I’m so disappointed.

My kids have had a total of 3 LandsEnd backpacks between the two of them and we've loved them. Sadly, this last go-round, both large section zippers broke within 7 months of use.

This is a replacement for a smaller backpack from same line. I chose it due to larger size and my tall 5 year old chose it due to it matching her lunch bag. After adding initials and rainbows stenciled on she couldn’t be happier. Hubby and I were concerned the large size would be uncomfortable. I don’t suggest automatically getting it for a 5 year old. However, our kiddos school is academically rigorous and this size comes in handy. It is surprisingly lightweight and once the straps are adjusted and the buckle at front latched it’s super secure. Though it still looks bigger than her 🤭 This was a good choice for our needs and will last for at least a few more grade levels before we should need to think of upgrading. Assuming of course it holds up.

I ordered this bag for my 4th grader. It was great to start. Within 6 weeks the lining started ripping and has continued to rip making the bag unusable and it’s not even half way thru the year. Not worth The money.

This backpack is more sparkly than it looks online, which the recipient LOVED! Looks great with the monogram, and I hope she will use it for many years.

My daughter loves her bag. She personally picked this design which attracted her right away. Good quality and many pockets!

Bought one last year for my 3rd grade granddaughter and she loved it so got another different color this year. Well made and lasted being dragged, thrown and pulled on.

We come back year after year to Lands End for the perfect backpack. Both of my kids have their favorite styles. My middle schooler is still able to easily use the Large size.
