This is my go to eye cream that I apply under my make up. I does a wonderful job of minimizing my puffy eyes.

Good moisturizer, but hasn’t helped the bags under my eyes.

This eye cream does deliver instant results, helping the skin around my eyes feel smoother and firmer. I look more refreshed and highly recommend this eye cream for dark circles

I wouldn't recommend for someone of the age of 35 and over. It's a bit much for an eye cream. I didn't like the way it felt after putting it on

It is sheer and silky and glides under and around my eyes and can be applied with contact lenses on because it is gentle and non-irritating. It lessens the look of rings below my eyes and is a great foundation for concealer. I've been using it for years and will continue to do so, so long as it is not discontinued, which would be terrible!
