I have stated before that the Department 56 Peanuts pieces are fabulous because the scenes they depict are so active. I do not consider them Christmas decorations so much as winter decorations as they embody winter fun. This piece is no exception. There is something enchanting about watching two kids sharing and preparing for what no doubt will be hours of fun. This figurine fully captures that moment.
Great addition to my Peanuts Christmas village. I don't have any large pieces but like to ad a piece here and there. This one would even go great with my ice skating rink collection from Department 56 with the Peanuts.
