Firm and supportive.
The pillow is firm as advertised. However, it looks a little smaller in terms of size. Mine was supposed to be full/queen.

Bouncy fluff
Nice bouncy fluffy pillow. Wish it were a bit longer though, seemed a but short for the standard size. Perfect for pillow huggers. Not so much as pillows for under your head
