I like this headset from the first time, but above all, I love the way you fulfilled with the warranty when I had to replace the first ones I bought

The Service and Support wäre really Great. I had a warranty claim and the Support Team replaced my device After a Short Message conversation. I would recommend JLab ?

Great work headset for online meetings for a fair price. BT multi-device connection works great. One star removed for the USB dongle design issues: 1- There is no way to switch between USB and BT modes which forces me to dive to the back of the monitor just to enable connection to the phone (Work laptop is BT restricted). 2- The dongle itself is too shallow to grab comfortably with the fingers and too wide to fit on the laptop as it blocks the neighboring USB-C port.

All is working perfect. For me, maybe the ear cushions will be better if they are a little bigger.

This is good headphone for work , good performance and dedicated button for mute un-mute with indicator light on the MIC.

Great product. I work from home and have been searching for a wireless headset as mine always gets tangled and the wires get damaged. The noise cancellation and sound quality is awesome. I also love the mute button on the side for easy access. I'd highly recommend ghis headset as most of our office now uses it. 10/10

Everything works and the app has an equalizer. Just got it today so I can t speak for longevity but I've had good jlab headphones before.
