Why the heck do you bend these boots in half to put them in the box??? That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen!!! Trying to straighten them out / if not will return 2 pair!!!

The shoes stunning! The fit perfect! Comfortable? YES. However, the pair i purchased came with a mark on them and now im hoping to return and receive a new pair that dont have magic marker on them.
I wore these boots once and the wash of the leather completely wiped off and they are ruined. All I did was put them on. I am extremely upset with this purchase.
The best boots I’ve ever had!! So comfortable, sturdy, and so cute. I wear orthotic inserts from the podiatrist but tried the boots on without them and they’re just as supportive. Walked 15k steps a day in them on vacation and they held up perfectly!
