Got the brown one it’s so beautiful and I love it, it’s so stylish for daily wear and I can tell it’s going to last forever.

I dont really like it

This is my second Brooklyn, I also have a 39 in Maple. I bought the 34 in black from Macy's and it was a great experience! Order was ready to pickup promptly, and the staff member who helped me at pick-up was awesome. The bag was factory packaged and pristine! I love my 39 (which is huge) but I think the 34 is also a great size - I found the 28 too small for my personal needs.

I brought my large leather I bought my Leather Shoulder Bag about two weeks ago, and I'm so happy I did. My experience with your sales person, Renee was very pleasurable. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the purses she showed me. She took time to explain the size of bag I should buy and how the straps on the purses would affect my shoulder. I have such terrible back and shoulder problems, she wanted to make sure I bought the appropriate size bag that would cause the least amount of pain. I really appreciate her kindness.

I bought this for work/school, and I love it so much! It’s the perfect size, and fits everything I need for the day. The dark brown color is neutral and matches almost every outfit. The quality of the leather is also nice and feels sturdy.

Horrible packaging, came in a plastic bag with out protection. It was a Mother’s Day gift and I was expecting the nice coach box with the bow on top. If your buying it make sure you order it from the actual coach store.
