This necklace came completely tangled. It is a complete waste. There is so much of it that I will never be able to untangle it. It’s as if they went out of their way to tie it in knots. I can’t even figure out how it would get that tangled to begin with. Unfortunately, it stayed in the box until just now so I can’t return it. I’m usually happy with Macys, but this is the worst purchase I’ve had from here.
I really wanted this necklace for an outfit and it was the perfect layer of larger pearl and gold I thought I wanted, until I received the necklace and it was not a real gold look, it was a pinkish gold, and not rose gold but just would not be able to match any other jewelry with it and obviously made it not attractive for me. Why I gave it three stars, it's pretty but the gold tone was off to me and why it is 3 stars
