Very Small Shorts

I purchased size 12 months first and they were so small that they looked more liked doll clothes. I couldn't see them fitting comfortably over my 5 month old granddaughter's diaper. So I purchased 24 months then gave both pair to my daughter and let her decide. These shorts are super soft and the material seems airy but not too thin.
