I have not received the knife yet, the package was delayed so cannot rate it.

Bought this knife during the Labor Day sale and used it for the first time today to cut raw pork ribs. There was little to no resistance in cutting the ribs and the slim blade was easy to maneuver around the bones. Excited to see how this knife performs with fish.

This knife was the perfect gift. It is lightweight and smooth! I am looking forward to a lifetime with it.

The flexibility of the fillet knife is perfect, weather it's for cutting fish, beef, or slicing tomatoes.

Sharpness is wonderful easy to work with and flexible hold edge well very durable

I love the quality and look of these. They’re beautifully made and the one I bought prior to this is still cutting like new 3.5 years later!!!! I’m a fan!
