Very comfortable
These boots are amazing. I wear an 8w and they fit perfectly for my width. They are so comfortable. I have plantar fascitis and had no issues walking for several hours in one day.

Really like, good for a lot of walking
I love these, I am picky and have feet and back problems and they are great. I just went and walked around a christmas festival they are not too sticky or slippery on the heel, fit true to size, so far zippers work good

Ankle boots
I purchased these boots on October 17, and although almost two months have passed, I recently discovered a serious defect. From the outside, the boots look completely normal, but when I walk, the heel collapses inward, causing my foot to lean to the side. This makes them very uncomfortable and unstable to wear. It’s clear that this is a manufacturing flaw that wasn’t visible at the time of purchase. I am very disappointed with the quality, especially considering the price, and I would like a real solution. I am requesting either a return. I hope the company can stand behind its products and help resolve this issue.
