I never received it but they say said it’s been delivered
Yes, a thief took the contents of the small package out (the size of a small envelope) and UPS delivered an empty package. I saved the package and you can clearly see where someone slit open the side of the package and then taped it with scotch tape. I was waiting for the necklace for two weeks and was floored when nothing was inside. I immediately called customer service and I hope they make it right. This has never happened to me ever. Extremely frustrating and very disappointing. I would rather give Adornia no stars especially for the awfully unsecured packaging. Please send your jewelry in a box. Ridiculous!!
