Packaging makes it unusable
Well I was so excited to get this only to get it in a box tha was about 15times too small which in turn absolutely ruined it by making the inside bigger mattress pad unable to open up. Couldn’t find the zippers. False advertising. This product alone made me leave Macys and close my account after many years and thousands of dollars spent. Quality control should have caught this. Yeah the picture looks comfortable. What you get .:: it’s absolutely unbelievably cheap Do not buy
