Just got these boots delivered. Worn, used, and dirty!!! Extremely disappointed with Macys. Now I have to return the boots and Macys doesn’t have my size in these boots anymore. What a shame!

I ordered these boots this past Black Friday. These boots were a gift. The recipient opened the box today. When she tried them on she noticed that the zipper on both boots was defective. I will be returning the boots.
Just out of the box and 1 is already cracked and a little peeling! I think it was because they were folded in the box. I didnt notice when trying them on in store, which the size seems to be great! I am going to return them. My shoe guy said its only going to get worse so dont wear them. Just havent been able to get down there yet.
