Gentle enough for my teen to use on her skin. A tried and true product.

I brought this last month or so ago to change from my usual routine from a different brand i brought this cleanser as i am a oily combination skin. The 1st week and a half i was very happy no breakouts or anything and no problems . However after that my skin started to feel tight and stripped escpecially around my top lip and lower half of my face

A great cleanser. Really cleanses your skin and leaves feeling clean and hydrated. Great sized product.

I didn't receive the cleanser in my package even though I paid for it. I filled a complaint but I haven't received anything

Excellent cleanser. Face feels fresh and clean. I always use Clarins products for a younger looking skin. My compliments i get daily is testament to the results.

I did the skin diagnosis on you app and this was recommended....Im new to this cleanser and the difference im seeing on my face is amazing...as i have a very problematic skin...

New formula not as good as the previous, which in turn was not as good as the one that came before. The latest formulation has a noticeably stronger scent (not ideal) and while it lathers and rinses off well, it also leaves my skin feeling a lot tighter than the previous two formulations. Try to not tweak products that work well; I get that products evolve and there’s innovation etc. however there have now been two changes, in my opinion, each for the worse. I shall now look for alternative non-Clarins cleansers.

Adore this product, my skin feels so fresh and it smells amazing! I don’t use any other facial care clarins is the best :)

I have used this product for over 20 years and I have noticed a huge difference in the product. It is nothing like it was in te ture, colour or feel. It seems so much cheaper My skin feels so dry after using it. This is the last time I will buy this product. You have changed the product without informing the customer.

It’s not great for winter as your face just drys out.
