Henkel's is much more attractive (I use a magnetic knife holder so my knives are front and center in my kitchen. They are great for anything you use them are and I love the safety tip that comes with them. No accidental cuts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, my wife just kept buying another brand that had color-coded knives, and on both sets the paint chipped off and that made uncomfortable. I bought these because I make my own jerky and I don't have a deli slicer. Normally, I have to almost completely freeze my meat in order to handcut slices thin enough. With this knife set, the chef's knife allows me to cut thinner slices on thawed meat than my old ones did on frozen meat. Worth every penny just for the chef's knife alone.
