I had to discard this shoe prematurely. The material in the toe box wore out very quickly because it's not reinforced widely enough. I had to use shoe goo to patch it and eventually couldn't do that anymore. The sole is nice and grippy but I do not recommend due to the toe box area being too weak in this model. If you are set on getting this shoe, size up.

The wide toe box fits my extra wide foot with room to move my toes, they are lightweight and extremely comfortable. These shoes have performed beautifully on any terrain I have set them against, from the jungle in Costa Rica to the Rocky Mountains and everything in between.
I needed new everyday comfy shoes. Found these and they are perfect. The laces are longer than I like but they are soft and hold solid. The shoes fit awesome and comfy. Really lightweight. I didn’t know how I would feel about the arch and soles being more flat bottomed. They are comfortable and I wear them all day long

Shoes are great! My opinion it needs better insoles
I wanted a comfortable shoe for walking without too much cushioning, so I would have a good feel for the walking surface. After a month I can say that these shoes deliver. Only 2 minor complaints. First, as usual with Coloumbia shoes, the laces, though high quality, are about 6 inches too long, and I have a normal width foot. Second, they arrived with a very strong solvent odor, and although it is less, it is not gone after a month of the shoes being used and open to the air.

I like the shoes. They are light and comfortable. I have bought two pairs in a row HOWEVER, they just don’t last long and I can’t (like most people) be buying new showed every 6 months. The upper portion of the shoe is fine but the soles are the problem. I walked right through the rubber sole in less than 6 months! The tread was warm down enough to be unsafe at about 4 months! After 4 months a proper hole right through the shoe. I would continue to buy these but I just can’t justify purchasing a shoe that lasts less than 6 months. I would exclusively wear these but I need to find a different brand of shoe before I get to 6 mo the with my second pair🤦🏻♂️. Disappointing
