I gave it a 2 because it is comfy. The cooling does not work at all except the first minute. After that felt rather warm.

This is billed as a firmer side-sleeper pillow and this is anything but that, esp. on a firmer mattress. It proved to be way too soft for me as a 6'3" man with large shoulders. Didn't even try to sleep on it, as I could tell it was too soft with too much give when I removed it from its box and put in on my bed, I could see my head would sink in and be way out of alignment. This might work for someone tiny on a soft bed if they're a side sleeper, but I'd say this is better for stomach sleepers and maybe some back sleepers.

I get headaches easily and was having neck problems with my old pillow. I’m now feeling much better with this pillow. It stays pretty cool and didn’t feel too dense. This was all that was available in my price range at Macy’s that day for this type of pillow. I wish there had been one with neck support but this does a good job at aligning the spine

After many memory foam pillows, this is the best one. I do get soar necks when it’s not well supported while I sleep and this pillow rocks in having no neck soreness since we bought them. Get yours fast.

I don’t feel like it’s cooling. Not a bad pillow because I bought it on sale, but would not buy it at full price having used it.
