The cord is very unruly. I only used the vacuum twice and already ran over the cord and frayed it. If course that's not covered under the warranty. Poor design in my opinion

Good vacuum overall but the wheels are plastic like a cheap kids toy! Are rubber wheels so much more expensive?

With plush carpet very hard to push even in highest setting. But does the job picking up dog and cat fur.

This vacuum cleaner does not suck anything up!! Very frustrating!!

The vacuum is lightweight and just as described. After using it on my area rugs I couldn't believe how much dirt my previous vacuum was leaving in the rugs. Works perfectly and easy to assemble and clean after use!

I’ve had the vacuum for a little over a month and only used it a handful of times. I LOVED it until it stopped suctioning and making a hissing noise! It didn’t give me the option for a warranty so I’m out of luck which sucks!!

When my old vacuum finally had enough of the cat hair, I knew by reputation that I wanted a Bissell. For one the company is a known supporter of pets and shelters. Two they sponsor the Puppy Bowl every year. And every purchase includes a donation to help shelter pets. So it stands to reason that they know pet fur; including my Punkin cat's white Gorrilla glue-like fine fur that refuses to let go of anything! This vacuum sucks it all up and perked up the carpet as well. Easy to clean and maintain and not a back breaker to push around. Bravo!

Cleans up really well. Suction is great. A bit heavy but that’s expected. Easy to clean out and doesn’t need to be emptied until I’m done vacuuming my entire house. The cord is also extremely long.

I love this product and can’t believe how well it works! Suction is fantastic!!!I have very long hair that always got twisted around the roller on my old vacuum (that really didn’t pick up anything to begin with. ) Problem solved.! It is amazing how much dust accumulates in just one time!!!! Absolutely worth every single penny and I’m sorry I didn’t discover this a long time ago!! Very reasonably priced and I cannot recommend this enough. If I could give it 100 stars I would.. 2/2026

This vacuum has been a great find for me. I have 8 pets and the suction is strong and no tangles in the brush roll at all! I have thrown away my shark and orecks and have zero regrets in tossing them. For less than half that price the two bissells I got did the job.
