Buy this! I don’t know if everyone knows about this tool, but honestly EVERYONE should. I personally have one of these devices and could not believe it was for sale at Macy’s. I just Had to have one for my Mom for Mother’s Day…this is such a great price! First, Let’s talk about the beautiful video card with step by step tutorial in the package to get it all set up - Wow! Second, I especially LOVE that it connects to the phone app that shows you a step-by-step video guide on each session, with a personalized routine to follow after it takes this AI picture of your face - crazy cool! I’ve been using my own device for a year, so many improvements to my skin. My face looks so revived after a lifting treatment and I have a glow back that I thought I had lost forever. Everyone notices! The hands free mask treatment helps with those problem areas. I’ll be buying another one for my Bestie who will be celebrating her big 50 next month. Such a great gift or personal purchase.

This was a used piece of junk that's being sold as brand new. From what I understand, this is not legal. I returned it, and it was delivered the 15th of this month. It is now the 24th and I've not gotten a refund. Unacceptable.

The 1 star is for Macy's in general. This is the first time I've bought from them online and this item is used, but being sold as new. It's a personal hygiene risk amongst other issues and was not disclosed. I'm only allowed to upload 3 photos, but I have 12 that show gunk, scratches, dings, scuffs, dirt, etc. This is ridiculous by any standards, but even more so for the price I paid. Hopefully I really will get the promised refund (in 2 or more weeks).
