Reason for the 3 stars is that I have been taking the gummies for a short period of time and it's too early for me to notice if they are helping. I find the gummies a little too sweet for me but, I like the turmeric/pepper/ginger/peach taste and how the gummies dissolve fairly quickly. I will have to follow up with an update in a few weeks with results.

Little.bit of sweetness but then there's a hint of spice. Almost reminds of the spice level from a little bit of cinnamon. If you like to take turmeric I would recommend these.

These gummies have a right size, are easy to chew (not stick to your teeth) and swallow without any discomfort.  The taste is nice and juicy, I would just suggest adding less sugar though. Turmeric is an amazing supplement that helps keeping you strong and energetic. I’m taking gummies for about two weeks and can see the difference already. Turmeric increases my energy level and fights with tiredness. I stay energetic and focused the whole day and be able to manage stress situations with ease.. Hope it will also help my joints be more strong and flexible. If you want to live long and maintain healthy style of life – these Turmeric gummies are for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall i am loving these tumeric gummies, I did a trial for it for the past seven days & it has been doing what I expected. My bones (especially my knees) pop less often and i’m able to kneel on them better. Digestion-wise, each time I take it, I’m having a more regular daily “movement”. The only reason why I knocked off a star was due to the taste, I can enjoy when it’s half a dose, but I can’t when it’s the full dose. The taste of the turmeric is just too strong.
