I have been taking these for the last 6 months, I'm on a keto ish diet and find that these really help. I highly recommend them.

These gummies taste great. I actually look forward to my daily dose. They can be quite hard to get out of the bottle though, because they are... gummy! Long tweezers do the trick when needed.

I thought these gummies would work as well as my powdered fiber drink. Unfortunately, they don't. However they do help some and I'll say they are very convenient for traveling.
