The material is soft and SO breathable, even for Florida heat. I’m 5’8 and find them to be a great length. The waist/belly band is one of the most comfortable of maternity pants I’ve tried and seems to contour beautifully.

They would definitely be quite long on someone short I'd imagine. The quality feels nice; very light and flowy. Not at all see-through. My only gripe is the belly waist band goes down very low, which is fine for pregnancy but I can't see wearing them postpartum at all.
