I bought these for my daughter and she love them they are neat and comfortable

After being delayed twice, the item finally arrived in terrible condition and was clearly used\. What I don’t understand is how a returned item can be sold again as new\. In this case, I could clearly tell that the item had been used and planned to return it\. However, what if someone purchases an item that has been used but there are no obvious signs of it? If an item is returned, it should be properly inspected and should not be resold as new.

They are great comfortable shoes , nice color and design.

This is probably not the best shoe for a toddler; from the very first wear, the shoe showed age! I thought they could be cleaned, but that is not the case!
