Hard crashes can make the camera jump out of the floaty. They were pretty hard crashes but still twice I found my camera still floating with half of the body out of the floater. For the rest is pretty nice, I use it often in big waves and with 3m waves you can still see it thanks to the color
I found a go pro at the beach. Seriously, it was in between some rocks, it was at night and had it not been for the orange floaty I would not have spotted it. It was still on so I watched the last video (hoping I'd find the owner) I see the person surfing and crash, tumbling in the waves, I see a big shark! Ok a rock that maybe looked like a shark. Actually, I watch the go pro with the floaty plop up to the surface. Catch a few waves by itself and get tossed into the rocks alot and then get tossed in the air and land between rocks where I found it. Perfect items to have if you own a go pro, or find one.
Floaty est un très bon accessoires lors d'une plongée dans la mer ou dans l'eau mais l'écran d la GoPro héro 9 n'est plus tactile lors du contact avec l'eau.
Must have peace of kit for anyone near water!!!! Great to have that reliability that the camera won’t sink.
Really hard to get on the camera and with it on its hard to adjust the camera angle etc on the fly as the bolt under the camera sits too deep in the foam to access without a screwdriver. I would prefer the older floaty back door style float than this.
Great fit , easy to access buttons etc . The lanyard gives security .security from being lost. The thickness is great added protection from wear and tear . Really happy ! It works perfectly .
It’s used for an under water camera for my koi pond, also used on holiday for my under water scooter
