I returned it solely because the zippered inner pocket is really small—if you want to keep your wallet, phone, and car keys in there, it just won't fit. However, the handbag itself is absolutely stunning.
Bag was beautiful. Just too small when fastened closed for my needs. Packaging was very disappointing. It was placed in a thin plastic bag with no other protection but one flimsy crumbled up paper inside a box. Suede can be easily damaged and I would expect for the price that it would be bubble wrapped or somehow protected better than it was.
Love it, pretty and simple. The only problem is that I bought it online and they left the sensor in, so I have to go to the physical store to have it removed.
I returned this bag because I did not think the leather and suede matched. The handle had a burgundy hue to me and I just wanted a plain, dark brown bag. It is a nice size and good quality - just not what I was hoping for.
