Missing Pearl Detail
Ordered these shoes for my wedding, I especially loved the pearl heart detail on the bottom and purchased the shoes mainly for that. The shoes arrived without the pearl detail, so I’m extremely disappointed. Customer service couldn’t offer an explanation for why the shoes are different, and I can’t get a corrected pair because they sold out in my size. Please be wary if you are purchasing the shoes specifically for the pearl heart detail.
